Terms of Service

Foundry is a profile and publishing product for founders and builders. These terms apply to your use of foundry.page and any related services we provide under the Foundry name.

If you use Foundry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Foundry.
• You may not impersonate another person or business.
• We may reject, reclaim, or remove usernames that are misleading, abusive, infringing, or conflict with platform routes and reserved words.

Foundry offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are sold through Polar and renew automatically until you cancel.

• Pricing is shown at checkout.
• You authorize recurring charges for the plan you choose until you cancel.
• You can cancel from your billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the content you publish on Foundry. That includes profile copy, venture details, links, posts, images, and newsletter content.

To operate the service, you give us a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content as needed to run Foundry and deliver it to the audience you choose.

If you publish something publicly, you are choosing to make it publicly accessible. If you send something to subscribers, you are authorizing us to deliver it by email on your behalf.

You are responsible for what you publish, send, and upload.

• Make sure you have the rights to use the text, images, branding, and links you upload.
• Do not use Foundry to spam, scrape, phish, harass, impersonate, distribute malware, or break the law.
• Do not use subscriber lists collected through Foundry for unlawful or deceptive email activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.

Foundry is still evolving. Features can change, move, or disappear, and we may update limits, pricing, product behavior, or these terms over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation.

You can stop using Foundry at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or use the service in a way that is abusive or unlawful.

Foundry is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Crowbly FZC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of Foundry.

Your use of Foundry is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Foundry is operated by Crowbly FZC LLC.
